goCollect App allows collection head or any supervisor not only to monitor collections but also depositions made by the collector in a day.
Can I integrate goCollect App with my LMS?

Can I integrate the online payment gateway of my choice?
goCollect App is already connected with 2 renowned payment gateways – Paynimo and Razorpay. However, you can choice the payment gateway of your choice.
Can I know if the collector has visited the customer in person?
With our advance goTrac solution embedded in goCollect App, you can check the daily route, visit locations, activity locations of the collector along with the overall distance travelled by him in a day so that calculating his travelling conveyance is hassle free.
Can the supervisor or telecaller assign PTP pickup cases to Feet on Street (FOS)?
goCollect App helps you easily plan the day / week of all the on-field collection agents in one go for the PTP pickup cases as well as any general call / visit follow ups to be done of each customer.
Can I manage my recovery team hierarchy in the goCollect App?
goCollect allows you to manage multi –hierarchy and view their daily performance individual wise, branch wise, cluster wise, region wise and pan India.
Can the collector send an acknowledgement of collection receipt through SMS / Email in image or pdf format?
Once the collector collects the payment, goCollect App will instantly and automatically send the receipt copy to the customer via SMS and Email. Additionally, the collector has the option to share the receipt copy via WhatsApp or provide a hard copy of the receipt to the customer with the help of a Bluetooth printer.
Will the collector be able to sort the view of cases by number of hard / soft bucket cases?
The on-field collector app has a quick view of all the cases allocated to him along with search and multiple filter options. Be it bucket wise or PTP cases wise or product wise management or any other.
Can the on-field collection officer collect payment from customers staying in the remote area where there is network problems?
With our goCollect App, the collector can effortlessly collect the payments in offline (no internet zones) or online mode via multiple payment options in case the customer is residing in remote location.
How many payment modes are available in goCollect App? Is there an option to collect digital payment?
goCollect App empowers the collector to collect EMI dues and charges on fingertips via online (debit card / net banking / NEFT / RTGS / UPI wallets) or offline mode (cash / DD / cheque).
