• Candidates must be able to handle complete projects independently and guide juniors. • Candidates should be able to deploy code on the production server. 
• Candidates should have good knowledge of version control tools. 
• Team managing ability should be an advantage. 
• Candidate must have worked on a live project. 
• Superb problem-solving and innovation skills to resolve a wide variety of technical challenges.
• Candidate must have bug fixing and debugging skill 
• Candidate must follow Coding Standard 
• Need to Work closely with Project managers,testers and designer for completing  projects 
• Need to document for software created
