Responsibilities 

  • Excellent command over English and calling scripts/email writing skills for different  products 
  • Understanding specific business requirements, researching, data sourcing, data mining, and data sorting accordingly. 
  • Should be able to execute different proactive ideas and strategies for lead generation. ∙ Nurturing the leads via multiple communication modes like calls/field visits/meetings/emails / LinkedIn & qualifying them as per the criteria. 
  • Cold Calling / Emailing leads and following up on regular basis to set up appointments ∙ Once the appointment is set with the prospective client, ensure product demo is  conducted between sales team and prospect 
  • Support the team members in case multiple demos are required by the prospect and help them to take the prospective client to the negotiation stage. 
  • Help reduce the overall lead generation TAT i.e. lead sourcing to demo conducted +  proposal sent stage 
  • BFSI client's network will be an added advantage. 
  • Should have experience in attending exhibitions/summits to represent the company and generate quality leads for our solutions. 
  • Should be Target Oriented and work on Fix salary+ incentive mechanism on target  achievements 
  • Consistently perform and achieve targets every quarter 
  • Competitor analysis to make our product pitch strong 
  • Using sales assist tools for updating daily activities as per company policies ∙ Daily reporting to Business and Strategy Head
