Position: Associate, Business Development
 

Qualifications

● BMS / MBA in Sales and Marketing or equivalent sales training or certification
● Proficiency in MS office like PowerPoint, Excel, Word Document

Experience
BMS / MBA Fresher or Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience as sales positions in IT companies

Responsibilities
● Database sorting and analysis based on the industry and target market identified
● Attend meetings with prospects & do necessary arrangements before the meeting i.e.
prepare pre-meeting checklist as per the company’s format, software testing.
● Have to share the meeting invites once the meeting is confirmed.
● Have to assist the sales manager during the meeting. Have to prepare minutes of the
meeting & gap analysis documents properly and send it to the attendees
● Follow ups with existing prospects and repeat follow ups
● Collate data from the channel partner. Schedule and attend review meeting with channel
partners
● Update product presentations as per the instructions provided and keep them in sync with
all other presentations
● Participate in team meetings & give suggestions for a better plan.
● Maintain the CRM & update it accordingly
● PR Activity Reminders of Clients Birthday, Anniversary etc to the manager.
● Follow up and Coordinate with accounts team and respective party for invoicing
● Posting Jobs on various platforms (like LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, etc.), source candidates
and conduct interviews as per company’s process for the business team recruitment.

● Follow up with the legal team and client / vendor / channel partner for legal
agreement. Schedule meetings for the same and follow the pre & post meeting
process. Get the final agreement stamp and signed by the respective parties.
