Job Description for BDE Position
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us
expand our clientele.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong
relationships with clients.

Brief about the Profile
- Work closely with Business & Strategy Lead to consistently perform and achieve demo targets
every quarter
- Execute different proactive strategies for lead generation like email marketing, Linkedin, nurturing
via calls/ visits or meetings and qualify them
- Excellent command over English and Presentation skills to give product demos.
- Conduct Demos
- Get prospects closer to Demo conducted + Proposal stage
- Prepare pre call & post call documents (Fit gap analysis, Minutes of meetings)
- Use different follow up strategy to engage clients and keep them updated about the products
- Create sales review presentation of the team
- Email Marketing Skill & IT Software selling will be an added advantage
- Attending exhibitions / summits to represent the company and generate quality leads for our
solutions.
- Use sales assist tools for updating daily activities as per company policies
- Competitor analysis to make our solution pitch strong
